Shipping Policy
Draft shipping terms. Final carriers, rates, destinations, and delivery estimates will be confirmed before public launch.
Order review
Orders are reviewed for age, research-use eligibility, availability, and payment status before fulfillment.
Processing and delivery
Draft processing target: most eligible, paid, in-stock orders are prepared within 1-3 business days after verification. This is not a delivery guarantee. Delays may occur because of review, inventory, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
Shipping origin and destinations
Orders are processed from Texas. Available destinations and shipping methods will be shown at checkout after legal and carrier restrictions are finalized.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Additional charges may apply when a package must be redirected or reshipped.
Temperature-conscious handling
When appropriate, products are packed using temperature-conscious methods. Customers should retrieve deliveries promptly and follow the storage information supplied with the product.
Damage or loss
Report visible damage, an incorrect shipment, or a missing package promptly with the order number and supporting photographs. Carrier investigations may be required.
