General rule
Because research materials require controlled handling and cannot be restocked safely after delivery, sales are final except for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products.
Reporting a problem
Contact us promptly after delivery with the order number, product name, lot information, photographs, and a description of the issue.
Review and remedy
Approved claims may be resolved with a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion and as required by applicable law.
Unauthorized returns
Do not send products back without written authorization and return instructions. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
