Research Use Only Policy
This policy defines the permitted purpose and handling expectations for products offered by H/A Elite.
Permitted purpose
Products are sold solely as laboratory research materials to qualified purchasers age 21 or older. They are not offered as drugs, foods, cosmetics, dietary supplements, or medical devices.
Prohibited use
Products are not for human or veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, prevention, compounding, household use, or any application prohibited by law.
Purchaser responsibility
The purchaser is responsible for confirming legal eligibility, maintaining appropriate facilities and trained personnel, and following applicable rules for receipt, storage, handling, documentation, transport, and disposal.
Order review
We may request information about the purchaser, institution, intended research purpose, or destination and may refuse or cancel an order when eligibility cannot be verified.
